Application Modes

Applications for enrolment in the programme must be lodged using the standard application form.

1. Online Application
   You are encouraged to send your application electronically using this online application. Please click here for the Online Application:
   
                                                             

2. Application Form (Word 97)
   If you have Word 97 version or above, you may type on the attached application forms (in Word 97 document), print and submit them together with your supporting documents.
   
                                                              

3. Application Form (PDF)
   You may also print out the attached document in PDF format and return the completed application form together with supporting documents.
